OUR STORY
A school built over time.
Since opening on 12 September 1996, CAM has grown through the work of families, students and educators. These are the milestones in that continuing story.
Room to grow
The school moves to the former French elementary school on Avenida 24 de Julho, creating room for a growing international community.
A home in Machava
CAM secures the Machava property and begins converting the campus for classrooms, offices, sport and community life.
New spaces for school life
The auditorium and further learning spaces expand what the school can offer.
Learning continues
CAM protects continuity through online and blended learning during the pandemic.
The next chapter
Thirty years on, CAM continues as a K–12 Christ-centred international school with Cambridge and American High School pathways.
